Hands-on experience is very much important for students. The school provides not only lectures but also laboratory exercises. Lectures and laboratory exercise are run by experts in real-time system who provide state-of-the-art knowledge.
The school is organized conjunction to 19th Real-Time conference in Nara, Japan. It will be a great chance especially for Asian students.
Goal of the school
- To train young scientists in the area of radiation detectors and its applications.
- To stimulate the development of real-time system in developing countries especially in Asia.
- To promote the participation of young physicists and engineers in radiation measurements and related fields.

Students
The school requires undergraduate level of knowledge on physics or electronics.Master course students are targeted. The number of students are limited to 24 because of the number of setup in the exercise.
